The EUSL-ENERGY project will result in following outcomes, many of them a "first ever" at the partner universities, with direct impact on the energy-sector in Sri Lanka:

A joint, accredited Master program in energy technology between, and specifically adapted from, Sri Lanka universities, with specific tracks/options per university for a diversified energy education in the country.

A set of MOOCs, developed by the Sri Lanka faculty, published on the global FutureLearn platform.

A set of re-usable learning units in the energy sector, to be published in the global Learnify repository.

A new pedagogical approach towards education in the energy sector in the country Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education – Joint Projects.

An introduction of the EU EIT methodology of student centred education, aligned teaching and innovation & entrepreneurship perspective, coupled with a set of "21stcentury skills" (ethics, presentation techniques, case- and challenge-based learning) into the country.

A set of short courses to be used for professional learning in the country (online as well as blended).

A remote laboratory exercise in solar power, to be used by both Sri Lanka and European students.
